Child safety standards.

Student Studio prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to every account, listing, photo, profile, and message on our service.

What is prohibited

You may not create, upload, share, request, or promote content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child. This includes:

  • Child sexual abuse material, including computer-generated depictions.
  • Sexual grooming, sexual solicitation, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child.
  • Sexual extortion, trafficking, or the exchange of sexual content involving a child.
  • Links, listings, or messages that facilitate or encourage any of this conduct.

Student Studio is a marketplace for campus services. Sexual services and explicit sexual content are not permitted.

Report a child safety concern

Use the app’s Report action on a profile, listing, or message and select Safety concern or Inappropriate content. You can also block a profile through its actions menu.

Email support@studentstudio.app with the subject “Student Studio child safety concern”. Include the relevant profile or listing name, when the incident occurred, and a brief description.

Report a safety concern

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Support email is not an emergency service.

Review and enforcement

Listing text and photos undergo automated safety review before publication. In-app reports allow concerns about listings, profiles, and messages to be reviewed. Automated screening does not guarantee that every violation will be detected, so reports are an important part of keeping the community safe.

Content that violates these standards is subject to removal, and accounts may be restricted or banned. When we become aware of child sexual abuse material on Student Studio, we remove it from access and address it in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to the relevant authorities where required. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Safety reports and related evidence may be retained for investigation and legal obligations, including after an account is deleted. Our privacy policy and account deletion page explain more.
